Sending Mail across the void couldn’t be easier! The first step is to go to the website located at http://www.acrossthevoid.com/" WWW.ACROSSTHEVOID.COM
Click on the MESSAGE CENTER located on the top menu bar. First time users will create their account by clicking the NEW WEB USERS to establish an account.
The client enters their user name and password which is case sensitive then clicks on login
Click on the SELECT ACTION and select MANAGE MESSAGES, SELECT THE NEXT ACTION WHICH IS CREATE MESSAGES
Enter in the zip code AND CLICK ON VERIFY
Enter the recipient’s NAME & address
Check the correct message type in the MESSAGE OPTION BOX
Click on the ENTER MESSAGE BODY
Create or paste your message INTO THE BODY OF THE MESSAGE
Click on the RATE MESSAGE
Click on the POST MESSAGE
ONCE A MESSAGE IS POSTED AND ASSIGNED A TRACKING NUMBER, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELED.
Your overnight or next day mail has just been created and forwarded to the correct processing center for delivery.
A unique tracking number appears on the screen in big red letters. An email notification including the tracking number will automatically be sent to each sender verifying that their document has been logged in and memorialized as a legal document.
The sender will receive a SECOND email with delivery information once the document is physically delivered to its destination.
